Custom HTML reactions

You can now create the perfect reaction to fit all your design needs!

Our custom HTML feature is expanding to Lightbox and all Notification Reactions on Desktop, and Lightbox and Drawers on Mobile - no matter the goal.

This feature allows you to customize the reaction to your liking. For example: the size of the reaction, padding, button style, text placement and any other styling needs.

When creating your content card, you'll see a new option called: Custom HTML. Once you toggle the button to green, a box will open for you to enter in your custom html:

Once finished, click the 'Update & Preview' button in order to see the Reaction preview:

If you make any changes to the HTML, remember to press the Update & Preview button in order to save your changes made.

Notes on Custom Reactions

The custom HTML reaction will support any HTML content including CSS styling.  You may also include custom scripts as needed.

There are no requirements for what you include in the custom HTML code, however, if you wish to track any clicks within your reaction, simply add the "rctfl-widget-click" class to any desired element.
