Currently, there is no feature in the product that can directly accomplish this.
The workaround is to add a hidden field to your marketing automation form called "Triggered Personalizations". Our managed services team can then provide a snippet of code that will allow you to populate that hidden field with the IDs of the personalization's triggered by the person submitting the form. This information would then be associated with the submitted contact record. However, you would need to cross reference the ID in your marketing automation tool with the matching personalization in the web personalization studio to know the name of the personalization triggered.
