Go to the Reports > Mutual Success Plan page to get started.
Note: KPIs are measured based on results from the current quarter.
Adding new KPIs
Note: Specify a maximum of 5 KPIs based on your most pressing priorities.
You can add a new KPI from the list of the pre-defined standard and custom metrics.
Tip: Read FAQ: Mutual Success Plan to learn about the types of custom KPIs you can add to Mutual Success Plan.
For each KPI you can provide the Baseline (where they are now) and Goal (where they want to be) value.
By default, your goal is used to measure progress for future quarters until you change it.
Use Advanced Settings to set different goals for future quarters.
Note: Any quarters that are left blank will default to using the goal in the section above Advanced Settings.
Review KPI progress
Note: Current value and goal progress is not calculated for Custom KPIs.
From the KPIs list customers can understand what is the current value for their KPI and how they are progressing towards the goal.
Current value is calculated based on the quarterly performance. Calculation formula for each KPI is described below the KPI name in the list.
You can edit, and delete KPIs from the list. Edit and delete options are available from the ellipsis menu on the right hand side.
Note: Metrics cannot be updated for saved KPIs.
Order your KPIs from higher priority to lowest priority using the drag-and-drop icon on the left hand side.
