Intent Topics (Bombora)

Intent Topics (Bombora) is a way to build audiences targeting specific topics that your audience is researching. For more information about Bombora Intent data please see here

Please note that Bombora is not included by default, please reach out to your CSM if you would like to enable this feature

• Surge score is 60 and higher for Bombora Intent Audience.

Prerequisites 

To get the Bombora access it is needed to purchase Bombora App with 6/12 topics for a particular duration.

After that Metadata should provide access and Bombora snippet will appear in Integrations page

How to select topics in Bombora

STEP 1 - Navigate to the Integration page

Go to the Integrations page and click Settings in the Bombora box.

STEP 2 - Configure Topics

To add topics you need to start typing its name inside the input field. After, available elements will be shown in the dropdown. Select the Topic that you are searching for from the dropdown and press Enter.

STEP 3 - Submit selected topics

Submit selected topics.

Important: You will not be able to delete selected topics after submission. Only expiration will allow to change them afterward. Please select the topics carefully.

STEP 4 - Create Intent Topics Custom Audience

Now you can create Intent Topics Custom Audience with configured topics.

1. Navigate to Custom Audience
2. Create Custom Audience → select Intent Topics
3. Open Intent Topic dropdown

You will see the list of configured topics previously
