We are excited that you have begun your journey to look into implementing Metadata into your tech stack to have your ads optimized toward pipeline and revenue.
In order to give our team the ability to fully assess the current state of your paid initiatives and subsequent migration plans, we need the following access for:
Add Metadata as a Partner on your business account
Ad Account & Page Account Permissions
1. Log in to your Facebook business manager account.
2. Click on Business Manager on the top left.
3. On the left panel, click Partners under Users section and the + Add button & choose Give a partner access to your assets option.
4. Enter Metadata's Business Partner ID: 1742404875991099
5. Select New Page Experience, then choose your page in the select assets section and assign everything permissions.
6. Select Ad Accounts, then choose your ad account and assign full control manage ad accounts permissions.
7. Click Save Changes
Share LinkedIn Partner Access with Metadata
1. Navigate to your business manager page.
2. Select Partners and enter Metadata’s Business Manager ID of 6966127163913715712.
3. Click on Metadata, and in the next section, select Share Pages, then choose your page and click on Assign Role.
4. Scroll down and select Sponsored Content Poster and Lead Gen Forms Manager permissions, then share and view partner.
5. Click on Share Ad Accounts
6. Choose your ad account and then assign a role
7. Select Account Manager as the role, then save it by clicking share
Share access to Google Ads
1. Go to Google Ads.
2. Copy your ten-digit customer ID on your screen's upper right-hand side into an email.
3. Email your customer ID to your account executive or solutions architect.
4. Once you send your customer ID, be on the lookout for an email that will prompt you to accept the linking request between Metadata and your Google account.
5. Within the email, click on the blue “Accept Request” button, which will take you to the access and security section of Google ads.
6. In the “Access and Security” section, click on both accept and grant access.
7. Click the Security tab near the top and add metadata.io as an allowed domain.
