The technical implementation review call ensures that Metadata is aligned with your current tech stack, with the proper lead flow, opportunity attribution reporting, and dynamic audience building.
By working closely with the Technical Onboarding Lead, it will ensure that Metadata helps to create efficiencies by working within your established process while also giving you insight into the ROI of your paid advertising efforts.
During the 1-hour technical implementation meeting, we will cover the following topics:
- Review Integrations
- Review Marketing Automation tool settings & field mapping
- Review UTM’s / tracking settings
In order to measure the progress of your implementation, you will be provided with a personalized Accord checklist ands an in-platform tracker to make sure you accomplish everything that is needed.
As soon as your contract closes, your account executive will introduce you to your assigned Customer Success Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, and Technical Onboarding Lead.
Your Customer Success Manager will follow up on the email thread and schedule the strategic planning call with you. Once completed, your onboarding specialist will follow up on that email thread with guided resources to empower you to connect your ad channels, CRM, and marketing automation tool. Also, in this email, he will give you times to schedule the technical implementation review call.
Once the technical implementation review call is completed, your technical onboarding will continue to reach out to you over email to submit lead leads and verify fields are mapped correctly and workflows are being followed.
