Using Google Analytics?
You can now view different reaction events within your Google Analytics account and funnels!
Setup the Integration -

Make sure you have Google Analytics on your site

Within your Web Personalization account, go to Website Settings > Integrations > Enable the Google Analytics Integration:
Web Personalization Events -
Once your Web Personalization account is live and data starts flowing, you will see Web Personalization events within Google Analytics.
GA4 Events:

Verify Event Tracking in GA4:
Once the integration is set up and your website is live, test the event tracking by interacting with Reactful widgets on your website.
Log in to your GA4 account.
Navigate to the "Reports" > “Real Time“ > “Event count by Event name“ section to view the tracked Reactful events in real time.
12 to 24 hours after events are shown on “Real Time” you will be able to see them in GA other reports.
Analyzing Reactful Events:
In GA4, you can analyze the Reactful events to gain insights into user interactions.
Utilize the various reporting and analysis tools within GA4 to evaluate the performance of your Reactful widgets and optimize your website accordingly.
Custom HTML Reactions:
For users utilizing Reactions with custom HTML, an additional step is required to capture click events.
Add the HTML class "rctfl-widget-click" to the action button within your custom HTML code.
Example: <button class="rctfl-widget-click">Click Me</button>
